Q. Do advertised and online prices include VAT?
A. VAT is included in all prices. TimeUK.COM ™ clearly states where VAT is not included.

A. We will not be going on television, but do intend to tell knowledgeable Home Cinema enthusiasts about our products and prices. Q. Are these screens "cheaper" quality?
A. No. They just cost less. They use almost identical parts to those that you see in the big superstores priced at £2500 to £3500. The panels are the same as the panels used by many top brand screens. We are cheaper because of the 3 reasons above.
Q. Where are these screens made?
A. The Plasma panels are made by Samsung and LG in Korea or Matsushita (Panasonic parent) in Japan. The Motherboards are made in the Far East. Final assembly of product is in Burnley at TimeUK.com's Group Factory.
Q. Can customers set-up the screens themselves?
A. Two people are needed to unpack the screen. We have designed our product and packaging for it to be self-installed by customers, and it is as easy to set up as a normal large Television. Simply connect to power socket and connect to your SKY box and DVD player using SCART leads.
Q. Do you offer a suitable warranty option?
A. Yes, and we don't charge you a large amount upfront like normal retailers. The retail value of these screens is over £2600, even though they are being sold at less than half the normal price! The logistical costs of repair and support are very high and we recommend a support pack with small monthly payments that includes a comprehensive superior "swap-out" warranty!
Q. Is PLASMA better than Rear Projection TVs?
A. Yes. Far better. Rear Projection TVs have a poor quality picture, are bulky, require a darker room and are now considered old technology. They are normally roughly half the price of Plasma screens. However, our Factory Direct Plasma prices are almost as low price as Rear Projection TVs!
Q. Do Plasma's have a limited life span?
A. The early generation screens used to fade slightly after about 5 years. The current screens can work without any problems for 10 to 15 years.

A. You will need a Plasma Table suitable for a large screen and our prices are around half the price you will pay in the major stores. You will also need appropriate SCART leads. We recommend a Support Package that provides a superior "swap-out" warranty for small monthly payments.
